Let's establish rarity here. Stubs from Aaron's first game (4/13/54) show up occasionally on the auction block. But we are aware of only one stub from Aaron's first HR game (4/23/54, held in a private collection), and there is no auction record of any past offering from Aaron's second HR game (4/25/54). Indeed, for obvious reasons, second-HR-game tickets in general are inherently more obscure and elusive. So we're pleased to present this only known example from Hammerin' Hank's 5th-inning blast off Cardinals hurler Stu Miller. What's more, Aaron collected five hits in the game, and it was the first of an all-time record 75 times that he and teammate Eddie Mathews homered in the same game. (Ruth and Gehrig are runners-up with 73 homer combo games!) The stub measures 1-3/8" x 2-1/2" and bears tape staining at left and right; otherwise EX.
